“Farm & Food” – YuvaSanwad ECH

A session on ‘Farm & Food’ was organized by the Entrepreneurship & Career Hub (ECH) on February 23rd, 2021. The session chaired by Mrs. NanditaMasandDevraj, Founder of Milk &madow, Mr. Upendra Singh Chouhan, Founder Farm Trip PVT Ltd., Mr. Shammi Nanda, founder Ahinsa Gram. They shared their experiences and knowledge with the students on their entrepreneurship journey.

Ms. Jasmine Sethi introduced the event followed by which  Mr. AdityaNath from “Jaipur  MeraSahar” moderated the session by giving a brief about institute which started in 2020 followed by the kind words by Dr. JoishMadhusudhana Murthy. Dr. Sunil Chhimpa, Dr. VipinYadav (PDF Entrepreneur), Ms. DivyaChhabra, Technical Officer, ECH, welcomed the guest speaker of the day.

Mrs. NanditaMasandDevraj, Founder of Milk & meadow, running successfully since last six years. She shared her experience about the entrepreneurial journey and struggle faced by her. She also explained the role of customer feedback for the improvements in products. She  also discussed about the quality of food product which is continuously being decreasing day by day.

Mr. Upendra Singh Chouhan, founder “Farm Trip Pvt. Ltd.”. he gave brief introduction about farm  trip vision and told that how to connect customers  directly to farmers so that both can get benefited.  He also shared the experience of visiters about farm trip, who have spared a quality time by being there.

Mr. Shammi Nanda, founder, Ahinsa Gram, discussed about entrepreneurial activity in vegan food.  He also told about demand and supply of vegan food and increasing food industries and options available in food sectors.

Dr. JoishMadhusudhana Murthy, manager, shared experience about the availability of food in India after freedom. He also discoursed on the side-effects and health hazardous impacts on populations that lead to various diseases like cancer, heart diseases. Dr. Murthy developed a new generation organic pesticide having no side effects on land and man. This really helps in improvement in land fertility s well as save biodiversity.

During the QnA session, the audience was keen to know about the mindset of an entrepreneur. The panelists suggested nourishing their young ideas to develop into entrepreneurs out there and answered the queries of the audience and guided them on their journey.

After the end of session high tea was organized by ECH followed by Farm trip by Farm Trip Pvt. Ltd.
