Interactive session on promotion of start-up ecosystem in Rajasthan organized by ECH-Incubation centre

An interactive session on Promotion of Start-up ecosystem in Rajasthan with Dr. Roshan Srivastava, Head- TIH, IIT Tirupati was jointly organized by ECH- Incubation Centre, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and International Society for Life Sciences on September 08, 2023. Floral welcome of Dr. Roshan Srivastava was done by Prof. SL Sharma, Nodal Officer, RUSA. During the session Dr. Roshan highlighted the opportunities on Remote Sensing, Indoor Navigation, GIS, GPS and other Position & Precision Technologies and metaverse as the future of India. ECH provided the platform to various incubation centres such as Dr. B. Lal Institute, VGU, JECRC, Pratham Softwares, Jaipur Smart City Project, etc. for interaction with Dr. Roshan. During the interaction possibility for future collaboration between ECH- Incubation Centre and IIT Tirupati Navaishkar I-Hub Foundation were discussed.

 

ECH- Incubation Centre, University of Rajasthan is currently supporting 22 start-ups in different fields such as biotechnology, medicine, hospital management, Artificial Intelligence, tech-based, waste management start-ups. The centre not only nurtures the ideas of start-ups but also provides financial support, IP protection and mentorship by industrial experts. The organizing committee for the event included Dr. Abhimanyu Sharma, Dr. Sunil Chhimpa, Dr. Vipin Yadav, Ms. Jasmine Sethi, Mr. Deepak Sharma and Mr. Rakesh Chandra Kumawat who helped in the smooth conduction of the event.
